IBC Tanks Canada is seeking an HDPE plastics recycling partner to accept an ongoing supply of used, natural-translucent IBC tote inner bottles. We accumulate approximately 300–400 bottles weekly, available in 70-unit truckloads, with free delivery within Southern Ontario and the Golden Horseshoe.
Additional preparation is available by agreement, including vacuuming remaining liquid residues and removing valve assemblies and lids to supply HDPE bottle bodies without those components attached.

Product Description
A Regular Supply of HDPE Bottle Material
IBC Tanks Canada generates a consistent supply of used HDPE IBC tote inner bottles, also known as IBC bladders, removed from their original steel cages.
We are looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a recycler equipped to receive and process this material. We supply the bottles and delivery at no charge, and seek a partner that will accept the material without charging receiving or processing fees.
Bottles are supplied fully drained and drip-dry, but unwashed. Residues from previous contents may remain. Recurring deliveries can be coordinated according to available inventory, agreed material specifications and your facility’s receiving capacity.
Additional Preparation Available
To help meet your recycling facility’s acceptance requirements, IBC Tanks Canada can undertake the following steps before delivery:
- Vacuum extraction: Remove remaining recoverable liquid residues from inside the bottles.
- Valve assembly removal: Remove the outlet valve assemblies.
- Lid removal: Remove the filling lids.
These steps allow us to supply natural-translucent HDPE bottle bodies with the lids and valve assemblies removed.
Preparation requirements must be agreed upon before delivery. The bottles remain used and unwashed; residual films, staining or traces of previous contents may remain. Any acceptance requirements concerning labels, remaining attachments or previous contents must also be confirmed before dispatch.
