A brass lever garden tap pre-fitted to a 2″ buttress (coarse) thread connector, so it screws straight onto a 2″ buttress valve outlet, the most common outlet on IBC totes. It gives a 3/4″ tap outlet for filling watering cans and buckets. See rain barrels and rainwater totes and all taps and faucets.
