Highly unsatisfied – NEVER received the item

The item was first dellivered at the wrong location (billing address instead of shipping address). It was picked up the next day but never reached the delliverery location. IBC Tank use a third party for their delliveries and it has been awfully complicated to communicate with the right person to get my order shipped. It has been more than two weeks and I have no more news from my order, it has apparently vanished.
The payment method was also complicated, IBC Tank made me pay twice, once for the product and another time for the shpping, about a week later. Another issue that further dellayed and complicated my transaction with them.
Never once have IBC Tank called me to check up on my order or help me with the third party company, overall highly unsatisfied of the service.
