IBC Tanks Canada Inc. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers orders placed on ibctanks.ca for delivery or pickup in Canada.
Return window
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unused and in the condition received: no product put in them, with all original parts and packaging where applicable. Totes and containers that have held any product cannot be returned.
Refunds and exchanges
You can choose a refund or an exchange for another item. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
How to return an item
- Email info@ibctanks.ca or call 1-855-552-1515 within 30 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Return the item by dropping it off at our Mississauga location (1325 Khalsa Drive, Mississauga, ON L5S 1W6; please call ahead), or by shipping it back by courier or freight using a trackable method.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For totes and other freight-sized items, please contact us before shipping so we can confirm the return and receiving details.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect (including final-sale items), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return shipping.
